All medical emergencies please telephone the Practice on 01236727654 at 8.30am for on the day Telephone calls from one of the Gps who will then decide if a Telephone Consultation, Face to Face Appointment or Video Call is required.
If you have health matter you wish to discuss please telephone reception and a staff member will ask you for your details and a short description of your problem. Please give Reception staff as much information as possible as this will help the Gp's and Practice Nurse prioritise who we telephone back sooner.
For certain conditions, you maybe directed to a more appropriate service e.g 1. Pharmacy First are the local community pharmacies who are able to manage many health conditions. 2. LENS are local Opticians who can deal with a range of eye problems. 3. NHS Inform
